Values & Ethics
Values & Ethics
Six ethical drivers — integrity, fairness, innovation, tradition, growth, service.
Definition
Values & Ethics measures the moral and ethical priorities a person brings to work decisions. Sharp mismatches on integrity or fairness predict trust breakdowns; mismatches on innovation vs tradition predict strategy fights.
Example
An innovation-driven leader paired with a tradition-anchored operator forecasts strategy friction unless roles are clearly bounded.
