Sanguine, Choleric, Melancholic, Phlegmatic — classical four-temperament model.

    Definition

The classical four-temperament model, refined by Eysenck into the extraversion × neuroticism plane, is a fast intuitive overlay used alongside richer frameworks. EQIQs uses it as a tiebreaker and a coaching-language shorthand.

    Example

A choleric leader paired with a phlegmatic operator is a documented complementarity pattern.
