DISC
Behavioral framework: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness.
Definition
DISC, derived from Marston's 1928 work and operationalized by Wiley, classifies observable behavior across four quadrants. It is the most common behavioral framework in hiring and sales, in part because it is fast to administer and easy to communicate.
Example
A high-D sales leader paired with a high-S customer success lead often clashes on response cadence. EQIQs flags this in the Conflict dimension.
How it's measured

- •Crystal DISC

How EQIQs uses it
Primary input for Workplace Behavioral Fit. Cross-checked against Big Five Extraversion and Conscientiousness for proxy validation.
